Call Retry Schema
A schema can be created to decide how to handle re-tries in the event that a call is not connected. Each possible outcome can be configured to be handled in a different way
In the example shown above, if a busy tone is encountered it will retry the number again after 15 minutes, upto a maximum of 6 times. If a fax signal is encountered, it will retry the number after 1 hour, a maximum of 2 times.
These settings are configurable on a per campaign basis using our call retry schema.
