We have a simple straightforward on-going pricing policy and that is all you pay. Monthly rental and usage charges on a Pay As You Go basis.
The simple architecture of the Perdial platform means installations can be completed in days rather than weeks. Our platform is already connected to all of the lines that you'll need, so there's no waiting for lines to be installed at your premises. All you need is one PSTN line per agent, or you can connect using VOIP.
Simple to use
All each agent needs is a telephone with a DDI, a PC and internet access.
No on-going management needed
Once your campaign has started, it will manage its own dialling rate
Our platform supports IVR, inbound, blended and three outbound dialling modes. It has its own scripting tool to create scripts for your agents to follow. It can be used over the PSTN (TDM) or using VOIP.
Our platform supports call recordings which are retrievable using a search tool
Full Management Information
Real time reports show how both your agents and your data is performing. Our reports are on line which means that they are available to you and your management team no matter where they are based.
Because Perdial is location independent, the full functionality of Perdial is available to all of your agents wherever they are. Agents can be located across multiple sites and in multiple countries, all with access to the same script.
We understand that dialler users are primarily interested in maximising agent productivity. Unlike most diallers however, Perdial has been written from the outset to be Ofcom compliant with all existing legislation, (including OFCOM, DMA, U.S. FTC and FCC regulations) leaving you free to concentrate on driving business results whilst Perdial ensures legitimate and responsible implementation now and in the future.
